Welcome to the 2011 - 2012 school year and Fifth grade web page. I am looking forward to a great year of working with you and your children. Assignments and activities in Math and Science class will be correlated to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). These are state-mandated skills and knowledge your child is expected to achieve in the fifth grade. Together we can make your child feel successful. Please visit the Texas Education Agency website online for additional information on 5th grade requirements.
