Board Meeting Via Zoom Meeting

Due to the School Closure the Ricardo ISD School Board will be hosting school board meetings via Zoom Cloud Meetings.  Depending on your device following the instructions below to install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app


iPhone
  1.  In the Apple App Store search for "zoom cloud meeting app" and install the app with icon shown above

Connecting to a Zoom Meeting
After installing the Zoom app on your device click on the link below which should open the app or web browser on your device.  You can join the board meeting by clicking on the link at the starting time stated below.  We ask that all participants keep their device microphone muted during the board meeting.  Participant can only unmute their device microphone only after being instructed to do so by the Board President and after participant finishes speaking please mute your microphone again.

and Special meetings starting at 6:00pm
